Yoga Day with Sallie Sullivan

Venue: Lewes Subud Centre, 26a Station Street, Lewes, BN7 2DB

Lewes based Teacher Sallie will teach a day of Yoga. Recently returned from Pune Sallie's insightful style of teaching is well known to IIYS members. The morning will be suitable for all levels, whilst the afternoon is for experienced practitioners only.

One session only: £12 IIYS members £15 non-members
Both sessions: £20 IIYS members £24 non-members

This is not an equipped yoga venue so please bring your yoga equipment.

The Subud Centre is a two-minute walk from Lewes Railway Station, halfway up Station Street as you walk towards Lewes High Street. A Morning of Yoga with GENIE HAMMOND

Genie is one of our senior-most and long standing teachers. She studied with Mr Iyengar many times, notably in the medical classes in Pune, where she developed a very sharp eye and an intuitive understanding of people's way of using their body in asana and in daily life. She was a founder member of the London IYI. Her teaching is clear, direct and humorous.

Suitable for practitioners with at least one years practice. This is not an equipped yoga venue so please bring your yoga equipment.

Beechwood Lane is off the A275 just south of Cookbridge. There is ample parking at the Hall. Nearest Rail Cooksbridge.

Well known in the UK Cathy Rogers-Evans has been an Iyengar® Yoga teacher for the last 33 years and has studied with BKS Iyengar all over the world. Cathy moved to San Diego in 2002 where she married Randall Evans and where they run their own yoga centre. Now based in both the UK and US we are delighted to have them teach for us.

Members: Both days £50 1 Day only (specify which): £30
Non members: Both days £55 1 Day only (specify which): £35

Please note that preference will be given to those attending both days Suitable for practitioners with 2 year¿s experience. BNHC is a fully equipped yoga venue.
